Newburyport Police Department Facilities for Female Officers

Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding after the word “programs” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for upgrades to the female police officers’ restroom and locker room facility at the Newburyport Police Department in the City of Newburyport”
