Foster Care Daily Rate of Support

Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield Moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4800-0038, in line number 18 by inserting after the words “including flex services” the words “"provided further that not less than $7,400,0000 shall be used to support an increase the daily rate of support for children in foster care of not less than 10%"; and in said line item by striking out the figures “317,979,977” and inserting in place thereof the figures “325,379,977”.
