Norfolk City Mills Dam

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the Town of Norfolk for the replacement of the City Mills Dam and Bridge”
