Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, in line 1, by inserting after "programs" the following: ";provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council, Incorporated to provide mental health, wellness, and suicide prevention services to emergency service providers in Northeastern Massachusetts"

And strike the figure "$100,000" and insert the following figure "$200,000"
