Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 2, line 7008-1116, in line 1, inserting after "projects" the following: ";provided further, that not less than $35,000 be expended to the Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation for the maintenance and upkeep of the Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial"

And strike the figure "$100,000" and insert the following figure "$135,000"
