Amendment #709 to H4700

District Courts

Representatives Moran of Lawrence and Cahill of Lynn move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section 10 of Chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “the district court of Lowell;” the following: “the district court of Lawrence and the district court of Lynn.”
