Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 3000-1000, in line 38 by inserting after " enrollment" the following: "provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended to More than Words in Boston  ": and in said item by striking out the figures "$11,591,537" and inserting in place thereof the figures "11,691,537"
