Amendment #718 to H4700

PFML Wage Replacement Options

Mr. Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX. The second sentence of subsection (c) of section 3 of chapter 175M of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out clauses (i) and (ii) and inserting in place thereof the following three clauses:-

(i) a temporary disability policy or program of an employer; (ii) a paid family, or medical leave policy of an employer; or (iii) any accrued sick or vacation pay or other paid leave provided under an employer policy.
