Amendment #721 to H4700

Road User Safety on Alewife Brook Parkway

Representatives Barber of Somerville, Rogers of Cambridge, Garballey of Arlington, Donato of Medford, Owens of Watertown, Connolly of Cambridge and Uyterhoeven of Somerville move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding the following: provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to perform traffic engineering design and related implementation measures to improve safety for all road users at the intersection of Alewife Brook Parkway and Broadway in Somerville; and in said item by striking out the figures “$78,721,707” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$78,821,707”.
