Pilayella Algae Clean Up

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0500, in line 17, by inserting after "commission" the following: “;provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the cleanup of Pilayella algae on Kings Beach and Long Beach in the city of Lynn”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,205,231" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,255,231".
