Telehealth Accessibility for Unhoused People

Ms. Elugardo of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4100-0060, line number 4, after the words "Chapter 12C;", adding the words:

"Provided further that not less than $1,000,000 be expended to provide for the distribution of telehealth-capable smartphones and accessories to low-income unhoused people who do not have a residential address, through hospitals, clinics, community health centers, and other community public health organizations that serve unhoused people."
