Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding after the word “programs” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for The Pettengill House, Inc. shelter, homelessness and support programs in the Town of Salisbury”
