Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by adding after the word “services” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended for mental health and substance-misuse treatment and recovery program at the John Ashford Link House, Inc. in the Town of Salisbury”
