Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding after the word “projects” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to treat the growth of invasive plant species in Lake Gardner in the City of Amesbury”
