Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District

Ms. Keefe of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting at the end the following:

provided further, that no less than $40,000 shall be expended for the Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District to conduct an implementation study on downtown service amenities.
