Newburyport Parking and Pedestrian Safety

Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding after the word “projects” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for pedestrian safety and parking in the City of Newburyport”
