Massachusetts Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program (MHRTC)

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford Moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Clause (i) of paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of section 6J of chapter 62 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2018 official edition is hereby amended by striking out, “55,000,000” and inserting in place thereof “65,000,000”.
