West Peabody Birch Cemetery

Ms. Kerans of Danvers moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $5,000 shall be expended to the City of Peabody for the restoration of Birch Cemetery in West Peabody".
