Mr. Cabral of New Bedford Moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 42, by inserting after “districts” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Youth Court programs of New Bedford and Fall River to support juvenile diversion programs based on the principles of peer-lead restorative justice.”
