Northeast Arc Center for Linking Lives

Mr. Parisella of Beverly moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended for Northeast Arc Center for Linking lives, provided, however, that said funds shall be matched by funds not allocated by a state entity”.
