Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4510-0100, in line 12, by inserting after the number  "152" the following: “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to Volunteers in Medicine Berkshires to provide increased access to care for income-eligible residents;”
