Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0330-0300, in line 3, by inserting after the word "collective", the following:-"provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Tales of Cape Cod, Inc. for making the Olde Colonial Courthouse compliant with Massachusetts regulations to building access for persons with disabilities," and provided further that the figure "$312,383,080" shall be replaced by the figure "$312,433,080"
