USS Constitution Museum

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line "25" by inserting after "environments" the following; "provided further that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to the USS Constitution Museum in the Charlestown section of the the City of Boston, for capital planning purposes to enhance tourism, civics and access to historic landmarks” and in said item striking out the figures “$5,181,644” and inserting in place thereof the figures “5,481,644”
