Hyannis Armory Capital Improvements

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9316, in line 3, by inserting after the word "are", the following:-"provided further that not less than $2,188,088 shall be expended to the Hyannis Armory for critical HVAC, fire protection, plumbing improvements, and electrical system updates," and provided further that the figure "$140,000,000" shall be replaced by the figure "$142,188,088"
