Year Up

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-0100, in line 7, by inserting after "sector” the following: "provided further that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended to Year Up, to implement workforce development programs that provide job opportunities for young adults" and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,193,666" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$6,193,666"
