Hyannis Harbor Hawks Capital Improvements

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 3, by inserting after the word "roadways", the following:-"provided further that not less than $10,000 shall be expended to the Hyannis Harbor Hawks for maintenance and upkeep for the baseball fields owned and maintained by the organization," and provided further that the figure "$78,721,707" shall be replaced by the figure "$78,731,707"
