Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0101, in line 6, after the word "level", the following:-"provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to Housing Assistance Corporation, Inc. for the development of Accessory Development Units," and further, that the figure "$218,214,057" shall be replaced with the figure "$218,364,057"
