Reimbursement to Armed Service Members

Mrs. Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. SECTION 1. Section 59 of chapter 33 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking 2 subsection (e) and inserting in place thereof the following:- 3 (e) An employee of a county, city or town which shall be entitled to the benefits and 4 protections of this section or the benefits of the accepted earlier law.
