Protecting the Health Safety Net

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves that the bill be amended in Section 60, by striking “ $17,000,000”  and inserting in place thereof:-  ”$12,000,000”, and in Section 65, by striking the words “may transfer up to $15,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “shall transfer $30,000,000."
