Cotuit Federated Church capital improvements

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9005, in line 5, after the word "Laws" the following;- provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for the Cotuit Federated Church in Cotuit, Massachusetts, and further, that the figure "$92,000,000" shall be replaced with the figure "92,050,000".
