Representatives Vitolo of Brookline, Balser of Newton and Coppinger of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Brookline Council on Aging for programming to reduce social isolation";
