Brookline Outdoor Seating Parklets

Representatives Vitolo of Brookline, Balser of Newton and Coppinger of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Brookline for the design and construction of ADA-compliant outdoor seating parklets";
