Representatives Vitolo of Brookline, Balser of Newton and Coppinger of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-96111, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Steps to Success Inc. in the town of Brookline";
