Lowell Community Health Center

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by adding the following at the end thereof: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the expansion of the Lowell Community Health Center's workforce development on racial and health equity."
