Bridge Club of Greater Lowell

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by adding the following at the end thereof: "; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Bridge Club of Greater Lowell to support the multi-cultural recovery coach program."
