Downtown Lowell Beautification

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following at the end thereof: "; provided that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the city of Lowell for small business beautification in downtown Lowell."
