Shedd Park Lowell

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8100-0111, by adding the following at the end thereof: "; provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Shedd Park Baseball & Softball Organization for the construction of a concession stand, equipment storage and ADA-compliant bathrooms at Shedd Park in the city of Lowell."
