Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099, in line 73, by inserting after "security requirements" the following: "; and provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for Massachusetts Fair Housing Center to protect Massachusetts’ residents from housing discrimination”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$8,811,761” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$8,961,761.”
