Port Use and Strategy Study

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford Moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 2000-0101, in line 28, by inserting after “wind” the following: “and, provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for a strategic study of the New Bedford Harbor and Port assets use.”
