Mr. Ramos of Springfield Mr. Ramos of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after line item 7008-1116 “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Afro Cultural Arts and Humanities Inc.,” with the corresponding increase in the final amount of the line item to reflect the earmark amount.
