Equitable Approaches to Public Safety

Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill in item 4512-2020, by adding the following:- "provided further, that alternative emergency response shall be conducted by professionals unaccompanied by law enforcement, who may call on law enforcement as needed;" and in said item by striking out the figure "$200,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$5,000,000".
