South Hadley Affordable Housing

Mr. Carey of Easthampton moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to Way Finders for the Plaza Apartments in South Hadley, to fund the creation of affordable and workforce housing units in a mixed-income development in the Newton Street Smart Growth District”.
