South Hadley Drainage Improvements

Mr. Carey of Easthampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $430,000 shall be expended for curtain drain and riprap barrier installation in the Town of South Hadley".
