Amendment #919 to H4700

Shawsheen River Watershed

Representatives Nguyen of Andover, Minicucci of North Andover, Devers of Lawrence, Campbell of Methuen and Moran of Lawrence move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, in line 2, by inserting after “areas” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Merrimack River Watershed Council for watershed-based planning for the Shawsheen River watershed”; and in said item by striking out the figures “100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “175,000”.
