Andover Old Town Hall Development

Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended to the town of Andover for the design, construction, and other costs to update the Andover Old Town Hall area and vicinity into a market space for small businesses or similar community space”; and in said item by striking out the figures “100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “135,000”.
