Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill, in section 2, by striking out item 1102-3199 and inserting in place thereof the following item:-

"1102-3199 For the operation of DCAMM’s Office of Facilities Management & Maintenance ……….$30,789,319"
