Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by inserting after "travel" the following: "provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Downtown Amherst Foundation for the development of a performing arts and cultural venue"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$22,500,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$22,550,000."
