Amendment #973 to H4700

Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts

Mr. Consalvo of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116, by inserting after the words “local economic development projects” the following: “; provided that not less $175,000 shall be expended for the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts to support activities related to community organizing, stabilization, economic planning, and support for networked organizations in the city of Boston”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$275,000".
