Boys and Girls Club of Haverhill

Representatives Vargas of Haverhill, Campbell of Methuen and Minicucci of North Andover move to amend H4700 in Section 2, in item 4590-1507, by adding the following sentence “provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Haverhill for capital needs”
