Representatives Vargas of Haverhill, Campbell of Methuen and Minicucci of North Andover move to amend H4700, in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by adding the following: “provided that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the Veterans Alliance of Greater Haverhill Inc. for services for veterans in the city Haverhill"
